1.2 For the purposes of these Terms, the Platform serves as a comprehensive content operating system that enables users to manage influencer marketing campaigns from creation to performance analytics, including workflow and approval engines, creator discovery and management, credit-based payment systems, audit logging, team management, AI-powered content optimization, email and browser notifications, creator profile reports through reporting.infloq.com, and cross-platform functionality (hereinafter, "Service").

1.3 The policy is applicable to users who browse the Platform, use the Services and/or create an account on the Platform including brands, creators, agencies, and other stakeholders ("you", "your", "Users").

1.4 This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"), together with the Terms of Service governs your use of the Platform and describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, processing, protection, transfer, and storage of your Information (defined hereinafter) provided to us by you. The extension operates within browser security constraints and only accesses information necessary for platform functionality.

9.2 Mobile Application Data: Our mobile applications for creators and brands collect device information, location data (with permission), push notification preferences, and usage analytics. Mobile app data is synchronized with your web platform account to provide seamless cross-platform functionality.

9.3 Extension Permissions: When you install our Chrome extension, you grant necessary permissions for functionality including access to active tabs (for creator verification), website data (for analytics), and social media platforms (for profile analysis). These permissions are used solely for providing our Services and are not used for any other purpose.

9.4 Cross-Platform Synchronization: Data entered through web platform, Chrome extension, or mobile applications is synchronized across all access points. This ensures consistency in your account information, campaign data, and platform preferences across all devices and interfaces.
