We are not yet fully GDPR compliant, but we are actively implementing compliance measures for all EU users, regardless of where they access our services.
1.2 This document outlines our ongoing GDPR compliance efforts, your rights as an EU data subject, and how we protect your personal data across our content operating system including workflow engines, creator discovery, payment systems, and all integrated services.
1.3 As a privacy-first platform, we follow privacy-first principles including minimal data storage and automatic deletion policies. We automatically delete most data after 45 days and maintain minimal data storage practices as part of our commitment to privacy protection.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
2.1 Lawful Bases Under GDPR Article 6
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): For marketing communications, Chrome extension permissions, and optional platform features
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): For platform services, account management, campaign workflows, creator payments, and collaboration facilitation

- Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f)): For fraud prevention, security monitoring, platform improvement, and AI-powered analytics

- • Campaign content removed from workflow systems
- • Chrome extension data cleared from browser storage
- • Third-party data deletion (excluding payment processors for legal compliance)
- • Data deletion requests processed within 14 working days
